Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 calendar days prior to the event.

Rental Window

All rentals are based on 8 hours including setup and breakdown. Additional time is billed at $100/hour. Events must end on time.

Cleanup Deposit

A refundable $100 cleanup deposit is required and returned after cleanup is completed properly.

Alcohol Policy

Events with more than 50 guests serving alcohol (BYOB or open bar) must hire an Adamsville Police Officer. Contact the City of Adamsville at 205-674-5671 to make arrangements.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and at the venue's discretion.

Liability

Renter is responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused by the renter, guests or vendors during the event.
